The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and the Indian School Certificate (ISC) are national examinations conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) for students in grades 10 and 12 respectively. The results of these exams are eagerly awaited by millions of students and their parents every year, as they determine the future academic and career prospects of the candidates.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has not yet declared the official date for the ICSE 10th-12th result. However, based on the previous years’ trends, we can expect the result to be announced in the last week of May or the first week of June. The CISCE usually releases the result within six weeks of the completion of the exams.

The ICSE 10th-12th exams were held from February 22 to March 25, 2023. The exams were conducted in a strict manner following the COVID-19 guidelines and protocols.   2. Click on the link that says “Results 2023“.
  3. Enter your unique ID, index number, and captcha code in the given fields.
  4. Click on “Show Result” and your result will be displayed on the screen.
  5. You can also download and print your result for future reference.

SMS

You can also check your ICSE 10th-12th result through SMS by sending your unique ID to 09248082883. You will receive a message with your subject-wise marks and overall percentage.

According to the latest data available from the CISCE, a total of 2,19,499 students appeared for the ICSE exam in 2022, while 94,011 students appeared for the ISC exam in the same year. The pass percentage for ICSE was 99.98% and for ISC it was 99.76%. The CISCE has not yet released the number of students who have registered for the exams in 2023, but it is expected to be similar to or slightly higher than the previous year.

The ICSE and ISC exams are widely recognized and respected by various educational boards, universities, and employers in India and abroad. They are designed to test the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the students in various subjects and streams. The ICSE exam covers 15 subjects, out of which six are compulsory and nine are optional. The ISC exam covers 12 subjects, out of which four are compulsory and eight are optional.
